The Samsung Diva Diamond now brings us the popular Diva handset in a flip format. This beautiful phone, finished in mirro chrome effect, now has a hidden "sparkle" LED clock display and is now designed to slip in a handbag without worrying about scratching the screen. This is a very responsive touchscreen phone with a decent sized 2.8 inch screen and large, easy to use keypad.

In fact there are three home screens which you can switch between at the flick of a finger and customise with widgets. For those that haven't seen them, widgets are basically buttons that you simply press to open the application you want to use; for example the camera widget starts the camera and so on.

The on-board camera itself is 3.2 megapixels which includes smile shot and editing effects such as warp picture and filters. As ever you get a zoom facility together with video recording and playback. The Samsung Diva Diamond, also known as the Samsung GT–S51500, also includes an RSS reader, special themes,FM stereo recordable radio, music player, voice recorder and memo maker, tax manager and has some useful little counter widgets called “Go on a diet” and “Stop smoking”. With the girls in mind though this handset would not be complete without the to-do list style shopping app - your very own "Wish list"! Even the desktop software has it's owm theme.
