1. Will these phones work on any network?

YES. All our phones are unlocked which means they will work straight out of the box on any network. Just pop your existing sim card in (or choose a new one FREE when buying your phone and you're up and running!

Please be aware that a '3' network sim card will require a 3G handset, often called a videophone

2. Are your items guaranteed?

YES. All our items are fully guaranteed worldwide for a minimum of 12 months, and supplied in orignal sealed packaging with all accessories as stated.

3. Are your phones brand new?

YES. All our phones are brand new in original boxes with accessories as listed, and fully guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from date of purchase.

4. Is my payment secure?

YES. Payment is taken by Moneybookers checkout and your payment is processed securely by them - we are never shown your card details or date of birth*, however please ensure that your delivery name and address matches that on your card or your order will be rejected.

* Your date of birth is requested for added security to ensure you are the registered card holder. This helps to prevent fraudulent use of your card.

Moneybookers are VeriSign secure - you will have the opportunity to confirm this by clicking the VeriSign logo at checkout. Your browser's address bar will also show the secure address, e.g. https://www...... and the 'secure site' padlock symbol

You can of course pay by cheque or postal order (UK only) or bank transfer if you prefer.

5. When will I receive my item?

We dispatch by secure insured carrier within 2 working days (usually next day) after your order is placed. You should receive your item within 3-5 working days but it can vary so please allow a little longer for busy periods and bank holidays, especially in the run up to Christmas.

6. Why does the screen view look strange

While we have tried to design the site to work well with most browsers it is optimised for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer because that is the most popular browser. Fuctionally it should work perfectly in any web bowser

7. I think my phone is faulty - what shall I do?

Feel free to contact us at any time, however your first port of call should be the support section of the manufacturer's website which has been specifically designed for the purpose of dealing with potential faults and queries of this nature.

If you do prefer to contact us directly you may be asked to visit the manufacturers website for further assistance as we are not technicians. In any event we will advise the best course of action and will give you a return address if required

Please do not tell us what you think may be wrong with the phone, simply report the symptoms and/or issues you are experiencing so that we can offer you better advice on the correct course of action. The vast majority of reported "faults" are simply incorrect settings, user error - particularly with unfamiliar phones such as smartphones - or are situations which would have been easily resolved by following the advice on the manufacturers website. We cannot emphasise enough how this is your best initial course of action for a speedy resolution!

We do ask customers to allow at least 2 working days for a reply (not including weekends and bank holidays) and possibly a little longer during busy periods. However we aim to respond within 24 hours and in most cases we do so. Please do not send repeated messages, naturally the more we have to get through, the longer you will wait for a reply!
